The site of the Dalian Huafa Villa is located in Dalian, a high-end exclusive area known for its public beach, prestigious university, and 5-star luxury hotels. The design takes advantage of the site's potential for future development and aims to improve the local high-density environment by creating a low-density residential environment. This aligns with Huafa's future project positioning, which focuses on providing spacious and family-friendly living spaces.

The sales gallery and show flat feature a range of unique design elements that set them apart. Vertical panels with leather and gold mirror finishes create a sophisticated and elegant atmosphere. A feature wall made of marble with vertical lighting adds a touch of luxury. The use of leather and wallpaper for wall finishes, along with light beige furniture and wooden flooring, creates a warm and inviting ambiance. The delicate ceiling, adorned with a unique mirror and light paint, adds an element of minimalism and elegance to the space.

The Dalian Huafa Villa is a four-story house with a roof garden, covering a total GFA of 493sqm. The basement is designed as an entertainment room, wine cellar, and bar area. A U-shaped staircase with a private elevator connects all the stories, providing easy access to each floor. The second floor features a kids' room with a terrace, private bathroom, and walk-in closet, while the third floor houses the master bedroom with two terraces, a bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The private elevator also allows access to the roof garden, which offers a grill and relaxation area.

The design of the Dalian Huafa Villa started in April 2020 and was completed in September 2020. The project is located in the Dalian Bay district, with the design work being carried out in Guangzhou. Extensive research was conducted to ensure that the design respected the natural elements of the site and utilized the surrounding environment effectively. The result is a luxurious and comfortable living space that seamlessly integrates with its surroundings.

The Dalian Huafa Villa has received recognition for its exceptional design. It was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in 2022 in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category. This award recognizes the design's practicality, innovation, and adherence to professional and industrial requirements. The Dalian Huafa Villa stands as a testament to the Huafa Group's commitment to creating extraordinary and high-value residential developments.
